Launch in South Africa Without the Runaround
Foreign founders don't fail here because of the opportunity — they fail at registration gates, bank requirements and compliance rules nobody explained. SA Launchpad is one packaged engagement that handles all three, fully remote.
What's in the Launchpad
Priced as one package after a short scoping call — buying these services separately costs more and leaves gaps between them.
Company Registration
Private company (Pty) Ltd registered in 24–48 hours: COR14.3 certificate, MOI and share certificates. No South African residency required.
SARS & Tax Setup
Income tax registration and guidance on your filing obligations as a foreign-owned entity, including treaty considerations flagged for review.
Bank-Ready Business Plan
A business plan structured for South African bank account opening and funder expectations — often the hardest gate for foreign founders.
12 Months Compliance Autopilot
Your first year of CIPC deadlines monitored on WhatsApp, Annual Return and Beneficial Ownership filings included. You cannot get flagged in year one.
Cloud Accounting Setup
Your cloud accounting configured to your chart of accounts — including Xero or QuickBooks Online if that is your existing tool — so your numbers are investor-grade from day one.
WhatsApp Advisory Desk
Direct access to our advisory desk for the questions that come up in your first year of operating in South Africa.
The three gates that stall foreign launches
The registration gate. CIPC paperwork, certified documents and address requirements — all solvable in days with someone who does it daily.
The banking gate. South African banks require a credible business plan and clean structure before opening a business account. We build exactly what their analysts expect.
The compliance trap. New companies miss their first Beneficial Ownership and Annual Return cycles constantly. Twelve months of Autopilot means yours can't.
Launchpad FAQ
Do I need to visit South Africa or have a local address?
No. The entire engagement is delivered remotely. A registered address requirement exists for company registration — we will walk you through the compliant options on the scoping call.
Can a foreigner own 100% of a South African company?
Yes. South African private companies may be 100% foreign-owned. Exchange control (SARB) considerations apply when moving capital in and out — we flag these early so nothing surprises your bank.
How long does the full Launchpad take?
Company registration completes in 24–48 hours once we have your documentation. Tax setup and the business plan follow in parallel, with the full pack typically complete within two weeks.
What happens after the 12 months of Autopilot?
You can continue on any Autopilot plan from R149/month, or graduate into a monthly Operate retainer if you want bookkeeping and management accounts handled too. Nothing auto-renews without your say-so.
