Stay Compliant. Never Get Flagged.
Over 800,000 South African companies are flagged for CIPC non-compliance — most because nobody was watching the deadlines. Compliance Autopilot watches them for you, on WhatsApp, from R149/month.

Compliance FAQ
Is Compliance Autopilot a contract?
No. Monthly plans are cancel-anytime. If you cancel after we have filed your current year, protection simply ends at your next anniversary — no lock-in, no penalties.
What are the statutory CIPC fees?
Subscription covers monitoring, alerts, preparation and filing labour. The statutory CIPC fee (R100–R3,000 depending on turnover) is billed separately at cost, always shown before we file.
I just need a company registered, not a subscription.
That is fine — registration is a once-off service delivered in 24–48 hours including COR14.3 certificate, MOI, share certificates and SARS tax number. Many clients then add Autopilot so the new company never falls out of compliance.
Compliant is step one. Fundable is step three.
